What does it replace, and what does it cost?
Many of the separate tools a practice rents today: messaging, reminders, forms, revenue cycle help, reporting and more. Pricing is one flat fee per location, never a percentage of your collections. Founding Practices hear the details first.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Loupe runs in your browser on the computers you already have. If you'd like the AI to run inside your office, that's an option, not a requirement.
Who is Connie, and does she talk to patients?
Connie is the voice inside Loupe. She guides your team with the next step and handles routine work in the background. A patient-facing voice for calls and messages is in development, and it always says it's an AI when asked.
